Do your puppets made up of different layers or is there like a default model?

Each puppet has multiple layers, with each body part. When I need a new character, I take pieces of Kassandra and Helen and modify it.

LOL. Yeah, I always animate one eye at a time. I do this especially for Kassandra since her hair covers up one of her eyes most of the time.
