Since my computer is still with my sister getting repaired (taken a turn for the slight worse since she won't pick up her cellphone), let's do something fun and productive!
While Conroy Cat's pulling pentuple shifts at Joe's Diner, Doggy, Conroy's toon trainer, will answer your questions about himself, Conroy, or what Cartoon Land is like!

Hello, there Doggy! It's me again! My OC terrance is not here right now. He was sent to some place to become exorcised. A demon possessed him when we were in the last chat. So I will be asking the questions:

I had a great idea. If you guys had a video-game, it could have a plot, and I came up with one: Both you and Conroy are on a mystery to find the missing people around Cartoon Land. Then, you guys find out that they all were captured by a villain who is a fusion of scrapped toons from the Sea of Scraps. The villain had a plan to get rid of the good toons and replace them all with their own scrapped selves with an army of Scrapped Toons. You and Conroy goes to stop him and his army with a special invention that allows you to capture Scrapped Toons and send them back to the Sea of Scraps. As two you go capturing scrapped toons, you also go rescuing the captured toons on some places around the world. This is an idea I came up for the Scrapped Toons: they all are gray-colored, and are badly drawn. There are three types:

-Common: They do not need to be captured. They can be destroyed. They can appear on huge numbers, and are weak.
-Elite: These ones ARE the ones that has to be captured. Unlike the Common, they get stunned instead of being destroyed. When stunned, it will give you a chance to capture them. They also comes in different types: A Thug, a Knight, a samurai, or even a blob! They can be identified by a black aura surrounding them.
-Mega: These ones, are, in fact, the bosses. However, they are called Megas because they are the strongest, and they will only appear in boss rooms.

What do you think?

Oh, right. Sorry. Hey, Terrance came back!

"Hello, there, guys! That guy sure was causing some heck of a trouble. Good thing they got him off me. Guess it's time for ME to ask the questions."

"Doggy. What was the most simple thing that was hard for Conroy to do while you were training him?"

Doggy, at what point does a creation become part of the cartoon world? Is it instant? Or is there a qualification?

"Well, when a toon is drawn for the first time, they end falling from the real world into the Sea of Scraps, an ocean that stetches out as far as the eye can sea that's filled with nothin' but doodles. All the bad ideas usually sink to the bottom, but the good toons float to the top and wait for a ferry boat to take 'em to Cartoon Land."

"For me, it was confusing Minnie Mouse for Mickey Mouse in drag. For Conroy, well there was that time he got in the way of filming that Avenger cartoon, and he ended up gettin' hit by Captain America's shield. It made the news and everything.
He actually did somethin' even more embarassing, but I think I'll wait for Conroy to tell that story."

"Wow. In the Avengers part, that must'a hurt. N'other question! If you were redesigned into something awesome, WHAT it would be?"

"Oh, and by the way. Did you know what was very embarrassing in my life? I can tell you what happened: I was chasing a bad guy when I accidentally slipped on a puddle and collided with him. Then we both fell on a stairway, and then on a mine cart that appeared out of nowhere for no reason! Then the cart rolled onto a beach and we fell on the ocean. Then, we got chased by a shark. After that, we crashed on a bus! After the bus stopped we got sent flying on a sign. Then, the sign fell and we both fell on a jail. The bad guy landed on the cell while me, on the other hand... landed on a truck in a pile full of stinky baby diapers! U-u-u-u-ugh! I didn't sleep for 5 days! It was humiliating! Tough, I managed to catch the crook."

Ok, neat. Makes sense to me. So, I'm guessing that different styles of cartoons are kinda the equivalent of different races in our world.

"Nah, we don't see that more of a race thing. Toons have always come in various shapes, be it bulgy, wooden, clay, or even shadow puppets. Heck, some of the oldest toons were a bunch of stop-motion bugs.
When it comes to race, it's a matter of species, wheter one's a human, a robot, a talking animal, and everything else."

"Besides bein' forgotten by people in the real world. Toons can't really die, by real people standards. We can get hit by giant boulders, get blown up, and even shot, but we'll be fine later on. And all those toons you see die in cartoons are okay too, it's all acting.
I'll tell you right now that doesn't make it hurt any less."

Doggy- You train cartoon characters. Do you get a toon degree like Acme University or is it more of an apprenticeship?
Reply
:icondoodley:
Doodley Featured By Owner Dec 23, 2010
"Now hold on. Just because I'm training Conroy, doesn't mean I've trained anyone else. In fact, Conroy's the first toon to even ask me for help. I didn't want to at first, but I couldn't see the poor fella get scrapped, so I figured if he learned proper toon techniques to survive in Cartoon Land and get a job, he can accomplish what he wants to do.
So I guess you can say, he's an apprentice, though I see myself more as a coach."

If you have the time, I have one more question: how does Hammerspace work?
Reply
:icondoodley:
Doodley Featured By Owner Dec 24, 2010
"Hammerspace falls under the toon physics principle known as the 4th wall, which taught Conroy about here: [link] It's more of an illusion trick by grabbing it from a place where people can't see, usually behind our back.
Ya'll should know that we can't pull anything out of Hammerspace. In filming, the prop manager makes sure a toon has what they need for the series they are in. While off the set, it's used to hold change and regular small items. A toon needs to have the object already in Hammerspace before pulling it out.

It's like the hole at the end of Looney Tunes, though you can use it to travel to other places and through time, as well as store things. Usually, you bunch it up and stick it in your pocket, ala the hole Ringo takes from Yellow Submarine.

Okay, one more question and I'll leave you alone. This one's from my character, Manty.

"What old cartoon did you star in? What was the best cartoon you've done? I myself am a aspiring cartoon like that one cat guy you're friends with, though I'm usually too busy saving the world to go and live out my dream"

My cartoons didn't really have me do anything more except just get me into wacky shenanigans but my favorite of my films was me being a construction worker, building high rises in a big city. "Construction Calamity was what it was called and it came out in 1929. It was also the first cartoon to have sound in it.
If you're a aspiring toon, you should get your friends to film you and your world savin' adventures. You're already appearing in comics, so keep up the good work!"
